Hi, I'm Ximeng

I’m a product designer who specializes in turning complex, ambiguous ideas into clear and effective product experiences.

My work sits at the intersection of behavior change, user research, and business strategy — shaping products that motivate users, reduce friction, and drive measurable results.

I’ve led design for multiple 0→1 initiatives, redesigned core growth flows, and partnered closely with PMs, engineers, and leadership to align product decisions with user outcomes and business goals.

Before UX, I studied industrial design, which shaped my love for systems thinking, craft, and designing with intention. Outside of work, you’ll find me climbing mountains, exploring new places, and drawing inspiration from the outdoors.
